Oh how delightful! How much time do you have? Are you interested in doing some driving or does that not sound relaxing? What kinds of things are you interested in, urban, culture, or outdoors nature kinds of things?

There is lots just out from the SF area: north to the wine country and the redwoods, east to Yosemite, south to Big Sur. The train ride up the coast is also pretty wonderful, if you wanted to take the time and go up to Portland and/or Seattle. Just some ideas. Have fun and tell us all about it!
