We want Nursing Voices to be an open, friendly, inviting place for all nurses, so there are a few basic rules for everyone to follow.

Be Kind
This is the overriding rule for Nursing Voices. Stop before you post something every time to ask yourself if it's kind. If it's not, rewrite it or delete it.

Be Welcoming
Forums can devolve quickly into one big clique that new members can't penetrate. Welcome every new member and make them feel like a part of the group.

Keep It Clean
Keep your posts free of any profanity, obscenities or vulgarities.

Do Your Own Academic Work
We welcome nursing students to Nursing Voices, after all you are the profession of tomorrow. Join the discussion, ask for advice and of course give us the benefit of your own knowledge and discussion. But please don't ask people to complete your assignments and essays for you.

Strict Moderation
Our moderators will strictly enforce these guidelines. They may edit your posts, warn you privately, and even ban you from Nursing Voices altogether if these guidelines aren't followed
