Ok, I couldn't think of anything strictly hierarchical, so I made up some other stuff. Not in any particular order, but I'd assume that "Alcohol Swab Artist" would be worth less posts than "Ventriculostomy Virtuoso."

I don't know, stethescope savant is good; but let's admit it, applying TED hose has got to be the hardest thing a nurse does. Just the thought of it can make me sweat. I'd have to say in the hierarchy of things, TED HOSE MASTER would be equal to president.
