i like to collect quartz rocks when out on various walks.
gets a little cluttered around the house so i place them out in the garden area so as to attract nature spirits!!

Pack Rat or Mental Disorder?
I revisited this topic and realized that I collect:
1. Brunette bubble-haired Barbie dolls 2. Kasey Kahne memorabilia (NASCAR driver) 3. Books (Books are like friends, never throw them away) 4. Notre Dame paraphernalia (Pompoms, anything with ND on it) 5. Music (iPod - the greatest invention since underwear) 6. Christmas tree ornaments 7. Scrapbooking materials (although I have yet to even make one) 8. Yarn (I have an entire "store" in my back bedroom) 9. Every single toy my children ever owned (all in the garage) 10. Empty boxes (I LOVE an empty box - so much potential) 11. Baskets (I'll FIND a use for them...eventually) 12. Extra change (it all goes in the "change jar" but people keep stealing from it!) I'm sure there is a diagnosis for this in the DSM V (are they up to V, now?).

I collect:
1. Music, CDs and on itunes 2. Movies, we could run a rental store 3. Small Dog figurines...I don't know why, I started doing it when I was like 9 years old and just kept on, they have been in boxes for years. 4. Magnets- I wanted cheap souveniers from places I've been. And when my friends travel they ask what to bring me...you can always find a 2-3$ magnet. My Fridge is covered. 5. Recently, Ari's got me into Fairies, both of us are building a collection.

Wow, some of your collections are super neat! I collect magnets and I use to collect those Pizza Hut little tables that they use on the pizzas.
Haha, it was awesome. When I was little I use to have a bookmark collection and a sticker collection.

I’m taking up a new hobby. My mother-in-law bought me a really nice leather bag last month, and now I’m hooked. Does anyone here collect handbags?
As a side note, my daughters told me that they are going to start collecting rich boyfriends  MJ

Since my name is Angela--My mother decided that I would collect angels. Every year of my life for my birthday and for Christmas I get an angel. Everyone gives me angels. I never buy them for myself--but I have a nice collection of them.
I collect for myself--nothing. The older I get the less "stuff" I want. My husband collects knives---he has a nice collection. I guess I collect clothes. I like new clothes!!!
