I must have Diet Pepsi in the morning. Yes, I admit it, I am a Pepsi addict. Notice how I sign my name

I try to keep to limit myself to 1 Coke Zero per day...but we all have those days where we need more!

Smile healthy or nothing

My hospital has gone all healthy. It is a govt run (public) hospital so it is required to be part of the public or primary health promotions and missions. We no longer have sugar based carbonated drinks though you can get coke zero. They also have fruit juice and water in the vending machines. The snacks have more healthy selections, though I am glad they had the generosity to retain some chips and choc. Lucky for me my town has beautiful artestian water and I get mine free from the tap into my nurses union logo water bottle.

I'd have to import in my own Pepsi. Where do you work?

Talking over the hills and far away

I work in New Zealand. Yes you'd have to BYO, I too have to import specialty goodies esp on nights as the cafeteria isn't open overnight and any way i hate our cafeteria.

A nursing sports bottle? What makes it a 'nursing' sports bottle?
