I drink far too much coffee when working, particularly now that I am office based. However I do also try to drink plenty of water.

Too bad you can't choose more than one thing. Coffee & water for me! Although I don't drink enough

Definitely water, except if I've had an especially busy day, then I'll treat myself to a Sprite.

Oh, and milk.

Looooooove milk.

Water- I carry at least a quart bottle in my car every day. When I worked 7p-7a in a hospital it was coffee. Now, except for one cup in the morning, I don't touch it.

I drink Diet Coke like it's the lifeblood of the land. I hate water, coffee, and tea. Horribly unhealthy, I know - but it's my little addiction.

We have unlimited bottles of water available but soda seems to do a better job quenching my thirst. I make it a habit to drink a minimum of one bottle of water per shift.
