I went To Manhatten, New York last year and had a blast! Would love to go again one day.

I'm dying to go to Europe....anywhere! Although I'm partial to the UK since a lot of my ancestry is from there.

Texas is a nice place to live and visit...if you're ever in the States!

Maybe we should do a swop seeing as I would love to see Texas (plus quite a few other places in the States)!

Last year I kicked and screamed my way to Ireland...the entire in-law family was going and I had NO interest.

Now I want to see Scotland and England, too! We couldn't extend the trip but I want to see London and Liverpool! There is actually a castle owned by the McAllister clan in Scotland and I'd love to see it!

As it is, my next big travel plan is the ENA conference in Minneapolis in 2008 - I fell in love with Minneapolis when I went to the Mystery Science Theater Conventiocon in 1995 (why yes, I am a geek!). Plus, that is where James Lileks is and I'm dying to meet him!

I am nearer London than Scotland, but would be happy to see your castle!!

Wow, your vacation sounded like a blast! I did not do much this summer, I just stayed home and relaxed.

I just got back from a week in Ocean City, NJ. Kind of boring, I know but it was a delightful vacation. It was perfect beach weather and there no crowds on account of it being after Labor Day.

I've been to Ireland twice and I would love to go back and bring my entire family. Easier said than done, I guess.

Last summer (my first sem. of nursing school, too!) we went scuba diving off the coast of Venezuala and then to Hawaii, too...it was so amazing, minus the fact that I was totally freaking out about all the class work I'd have to make up.

This year we want to go to Roatan to scuba dive but I have a clinical all summer that I'm trying to move to the winter. I am also trying to convince hubs to go to eastern Europe where they aren't on the euro yet so the currency conversion is still in our favor. OR, I'd like to go to Canada or Alaska, Arizona, Oregon...the list goes on. We LOVE to travel and I'm really looking forward to having a gig where I can do it a little more easily and frequently, too!
