Default Kids and Cold Medicine

This seems to be all the talk amongst bloggers (especially Mommy Bloggers)

Banning Cold medicines for Young Children

I personally have given Ari an antihistamine a time or two. Prescribed and OTC. My kid has had sinus trouble and pollen allergies since she was 3.

I think most of the dangers is with people not knowing the correct dosing with the weight of their child. That's a lack of education and possibly a lack of parents haveing a PCP for their kid to give them this kind of advice.

If they want to take the 6 and under off the labels fine by me. It just means they would have to get the advice of a HCP.
