Default Traveling nursing

Hello, for all of you traveling nurses I'm just getting started in the nursing field. My goal is to work for at least one year and then travel 1 weekend a month after that. I think I would like to travel to the same place every time which would make being familiar with the environment easier. My question is how difficult of a transition is it to continually work at new places. I'm thinking I would like to do more traveling if possible but the transition time is were I'm concerned most. Any experiences or advice would be most helpful. Thank you.
