Hi, I am new to the forum and have a question regarding nursing in the UK. My husband is from Scotland and wants to move back home, I will need a visa to go with him. I am curious if anyone knows how/if I can get licensed there? Do they have a type of reciprocity, would I have to go to school all over again once there, or possibly just take a test? Sorry, lots of questions. I am unable to find information on the internet and his sister isn't sure where to get the information in Scotland. Thanks for any answers or advice.

I am assuming you are coming to the UK from the USA? If you look here, it will give you all the information you need as an overseas nurse coming to the UK. Also there should be information about working visas, if not contact the British Consulate.
