Smile How much does your hospital pay to precept a new grad in an ICU?

My hospital pays $1.00/hour to precept a new grad in our PICU.
How about your facility?
Would appreciate your comments.

I get paid by knowing that my preceptee will be a strong and confident ethical nurse and the world of health care will be a better place for my involvement and this is all I ask.
