Catherine,
I am excited to hear about a nurse blogging about health and women's issues. I work for an Internet Talk Radio show for women 35+, called On the HomeStretch. http://www.onthehomestretch.com/ Our latest venture was The HomeStretch HealthQuest, where 22 women competed in teams to get healthy from the inside. We used the model of NBC's 'The Biggest Loser', but all of our measurements were inside measurements. Weight was never mentioned or used as a criteria. http://web.mac.com/thehealthquest/iWeb/Site/Home.html My question to you is: we used triglycerides as a competing value, but in the end discarded it, since we thought that factor fluctuated too much. Do you think triglycerides an important factor for inside health, and if so...how would you give the number consistent value over the course of 12 weeks? I'd love for you to take a look at our blog and see what you think. I'm also attaching a link for the audio portion of our final reveal of the winners as well as a link to our newsletter. http://app.e2ma.net/app/view:Campaig...1ec4b42a233ce5 http://www.wsradio.com/player/wsradi...ent/18476.html Thanks ahead of time!
