Default Throw em' in jail!

I was attacked by a patient three months ago, and I finally had my day in court. The guy who tried stabbing me was convicted of second degree assault. He faces 10 years in jail and a $25,000 fine. He will be sentenced in 90 days after he is examined by a court psychiatrist. I'm feeling good about this, but my boss thinks I'm being cruel because I filed charges on a patient. What do you think? Have you ever filed charges on one of your patients?
