Unhappy Rising Overweight/Obesity Among Nurses

I would like to start a discussion on why there seems to be an epidemic of obesity among us nurses, and what can we do to help curb out this obesity/overweight problems, so that we can lift the image of us nurses as being role models of healthy living, and become more comfortable with ourselves in teaching our patients about living a healthy lifestyle.
