Exclamation Upset and Confused, part 2

Well I finally got a call from my boss today. The first call I received was left on my voice message telling me I needed to schedule a time to come in and discuss things with her and for me to call her back. So I did she was short and to the point of me coming in, I have an appt. with her tomorrow at 830am. To me this doesn't sound too good. What do yall think? I am so stressed out from all of this and I can't really explained to anyone why I feel the way I do. Any suggestions or advice you have would be most appreciated. Thanks a bunch in advance.

Take someone with you (as I said in the other thread). Stick to the facts, be calm and controlled. I know that you cared about the patient but he wasn't your relative; be professional. Arrange a secret signal with the person who goes with you so that you can stop speaking / take a time out when you might start to get too emotional etc. Good Luck

I'm with Julie, you need to take someone with you, and get them to take notes of what is said (you will probably forget under all the stress). Write down what happened before you go, so you can refer to it if needed (it will allow you to give a clear and cronalogical statement of what happened). But most of all if you get stumped... Stop, breath, think and then act.

Goodluck

I would write everything down tonight, exactly as you remember it (hopefully you also charted everything) and use that as a way to keep yourself organized...also bring a friend/coworker, basically someone who can support you, like Julie and P/J have said.
Good Luck

Default Upset and Confused, part 3

Hey thank all of you for the advice. I didn't have anyone to take with me but I have written everything down including what was said to me today. She told me that everything was clear on the situation and that everything was done per policy and procedure. However she said that I didn't need to work out my notice from where I was stepping down from clinical manager due to another long story and lies which I have documentation of. She said I would be paid til end of month as Clinical Manager and then I can work prn with the company but she didn't have any spots opened for me full time (as previously stated) due to she has agency in there. Which I was told to get rid of asap. What do yall think I should do now? I appreciate all the great advice and support which I didn't get from the company. Thanks!
