Default Anyone ever use a Vein Finder for IV starts?

I see them advertised on eBay but haven't used one. Anyone know how they work?
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

I've had one for about 6 months and have had great success with it. I'd say go for it.

Default Thanks...Vein Finder

I got one and it's wonderful. It really helps on patients I couldn't usually find a vein on and especially on infants and small children with starting an IV in their hands.
Tool utterly cool!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tell us a bit more. Brand, what you were looking for in a vein finder, features, bad points (there has to be at least one!)

I've used them in the past. Great tool. Takes a little practice to get used to.

Hmmm...an vein finder for IV start? I may have been absent in the clinical area for a long time that I just heard of this device...maybe I will try to look for that once I’ll be back for duty! For sure this device will really be helpful both for me and my client
