Ok, I realize that we are a bit behind in our screening of this, but we are about to have episode 3 next week. Leading up to this there was a bit on the nursing blogs about "mis-representation" of nursing.
But there are a few good messages in there (if you look). Pilot episode voice over "what do you call a nurse with a bad back....unemployed." Minor cases blocking ERs. Nurses are there to heal. Stroke patients need time to respond and comprehend when spoken to. I realise that I am pulling these out of the air, but does anyone have an opinion? ![]()

I get to see Nurse Jackie when in a local cable channel. My favorite episode so far is when they bade farewell to an old nurse who has also been a patient in the hospital. It was heartwarming.
