It's not a video, but I do like it:

And for the anesthesiologist in your life:

And then in comics:

Thank you, Geena, for the kind welcome. I poked around this site for a bit this morning and enjoyed reading the posts. I also posted a truncated and rather vague CV as an introduction. I plan to revisit this site now and then to join in the encouragement, laughter, and support that is so evident here.

Thanks again.

Joy

Ah, but did you go and look at the video? It's really funny, and you feel like a member of a special, secret club when you get the jokes!

I started to watch it, but only got about 30 seconds into it before I started breaking out in hives and hyperventilating.

I like math. I do. Just not hard math.

I think that this is a club I'm happy to stay out of!!

But the cool thing is that it doesn't really have that much to do with math once you get to the inferential stats -- the computer program does all the calculating -- you "just" have to figure out what data you want to analyze and how.

(says the qualitative researcher who will just go off and hide now)
