Default from med school to nursing.

Hello,
So I have a bit of a situation on my hands and was hoping someone here can help me out. I recently left medical school and am now looking into applying to a nursing program. The big concern i have is that my gpa from medical school is not that great and i am worried that it might influence my chances of getting accepted. My undergrad gpa is good though. So now i am not sure if i should even mention my medical school on the application, and if i dont would that be a big deal?

any advice would be greatly appreciated
